In Sun-tzu’s The Art of Warfare, the chapter “Attack by Stratagem” states: “The best policy is to win through strategies; the second is through diplomacy; the third is through fighting directly.”

The truly high achievers only have accessible projects, rather than secret schemes.

It is because they realize that even though the project is publicized, with its roadmap exposed worldwide, people will not be necessarily able to follow through, and to get anywhere.  The reason is that the gap between cognition and the effectiveness of execution tends to be hugely larger than that between the information divides.  Examining all the top-tier figures in the world, they make lightning-like decisions, act ruthlessly, and their emotional cost is close to zero.

They can bear losses, and they never waste time.  Since time is very expensive, it can only be reserved for those who really deserve it.  Their confidence is just one single bottom-line: you cannot find anyone better than me, any option better than me.
