《孫子兵法・虛實篇》：「人皆知我所以勝之形，而莫知吾所以制勝之形。」

In Sun-tzu’s The Art of Warfare, the chapter “Weaknesses and Strengths” states: “Everyone eyewitnesses how I won the war, but no one knows how I had developed the winning plan.” 

 

在工作中，盡量讓自己勇於承擔困難任務。因為一旦做到，你自然會贏得實力與江湖地位；就算沒做到，也能累積寶貴的經驗與成長，無論結果如何，都是一種穩賺不賠的投資。

真正的高手，是做別人的事，練自己的功；真正的成長，不在於選擇輕鬆道路，而在勇於承擔，能任重而致遠。

挑戰艱難任務，看似吃力不討好，其實是在升級自己，累積克敵制勝的經驗值與能力值，是一條幫助自己升級的最佳捷徑。

At the workplace, be as brave as possible to take on the difficult task. It is because once you make it, you will naturally earn solid strength and arena status; even if you cannot make it, you will still be able to accumulate precious experience and personal growth. Whatever the outcome, it will be a sure-win investment.

True top talents always integrate accomplishing tasks for others into training themselves; true growth does not result from picking the easy path, but from daring to shoulder big responsibilities, which in turn enables big achievements.

When taking the challenge of accomplishing difficult tasks, it looks so exhausting and so unrewarding, but it is actually upgrading ourselves, helping us to accumulate the experience points and the status points of conquering the enemies; such is really a shortcut helpful for raising our own competency.
